T2 Automations is a trading name of HBT Global Ltd, Nottingham, United Kingdom (company number 16912621). This policy explains what information we handle when you use t2automations.co.uk and when our publishing tools post to social platforms on our own accounts.

What we collect

• Messages you send us. If you use a contact form or email us, we receive the details you type (such as your name, email address and message). We use them only to reply to you.
• Basic site storage. The site may store small settings in your browser, such as your light or dark theme choice, so the page works as you expect.

Social platform publishing tools

We run internal tools that publish our own videos and posts to accounts we own or manage on YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. When we connect one of these accounts, the platform gives our tool an access token. That token is stored privately on our own computer, used only to publish our own content to that account, and is never shared or sold. The tools do not collect personal information from other people’s accounts. You can ask us to disconnect an account at any time, and each platform lets you revoke access from its own settings.

How we use information

To answer enquiries, to run and improve our services, and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising profiles.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us run the site and our email (for example hosting and email providers), or where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiry emails are kept for as long as needed to deal with your request and any follow-up, then deleted.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
